Tom is the founder and president of SoulSeed LLC, where he has built a practice to guide companies into an era of business performance that is measured and enhanced by trust leadership©. He has spent the better part of his career studying and crafting the art of the human factor business. He has demonstrated how to define it, how to design for it, how to manage, lead and inspire it. Most importantly, he has developed unique methodologies to measure it.
Tom has worked across a vast number of industries and among legendary practitioners. Along his journey he discovered a number of disciplines in business that are coveted strategic advantages.
