It is no secret that a company’s online reputation is critical to its bottom line. To uncover the areas that contribute to the upswing or downfall of a property’s online reputation are three experts from J Turner’s Advanced Client Services and training team.

Nicole Patterson serves as the director of training and has more than a decade of experience in property management, sales, and operations in the multifamily and hospitality industries. Her experience includes roles in both the management and vendor side that help her provide a comprehensive perspective for clients.

J. Turner Batdorf III serves as a Strategist of Advanced Client Services, collaborating with executives to use the available data to implement actions that can enhance resident satisfaction and improve online reputation. His primary goal is to use trends to help drive on-site behavior that can strengthen the bottom line through more loyal residents and intrigued prospects.

Rounding out the training panel is Advanced Client Services consultant Marcus I. Armstrong, who will join Patterson and Batdorf in exploring trends to help properties and companies stay ahead of the curve. Armstrong possesses a master’s degree in data science from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and computer engineering from Arizona State University.
